Lakeside View

This lodge sleeps a maximum of 7 guests and 2 well behaved dogs.

The Gem of Lodges, a spacious 3 bedroom lodge with magnificent views overlooking the lake and golf course. This lodge is a fisherman’s dream to sit back and relax whilst fishing from the ample decking, catching 20lb plus Roach, Carp and Rudd. A lodge perfect for total tranquility.

Lakeside boasts a well appointed lounge, with a reclining sofa, flat screen TV, and fireplace. The Dining room overlooks the beautiful lake, with comfortable seating. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for that home from home feeling; it even has an air fryer, coffee machine, and of course the all important dishwasher.

3 bedrooms: The master bedroom holds a queen size bed, TV, dressing table, and plenty of wardrobe space, leading into a en-suite with jetted shower. 2nd bedroom has a full size double bed, dressing table & wardrobe, plus a TV. 3^rd bedroom has 2 full size single beds, TV and wardrobes, with amazing lake views. The main bathroom has a full size bath and overhead shower, as well as a heated towel rail. The utility room is situated as you walk into the lodge, and is complete with a washing machine. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. All bedding, towels, tea/coffee etc, is provided.

Outdoors: Lakeside boasts a large decking area which is fully enclosed for those four legged friends and steps down to the fishing deck. You will find a large outdoor seating area and BBQ. (Please note we do not supply the charcoal and ask that you leave the BBQ clean). Pet friendly.

Further details: All our lodges have wifi provided free of charge. Travel cot & high chair available upon request. There is full central heating available and fans provided for the warmer summer months. Please note: Check in is from 3pm and check out is 11 am unless by prior arrangement.

Lakeview Lodge

Wow, what can we say? With spacious living accommodation, spectacular views of the lake and golf course, a 3 tiered decking area; perfect for fishing, this lodge has it all!

This Lodge can accommodate up to 6 guests, with 2 very large bedrooms and a double sleeper sofa.

Lakeview is a very stylish lodge. With its open plan lounge, it is perfect for relaxing with a reclining corner sofa and French doors that open out onto the ample decking .

The dining area also has French doors opening up onto the decking, allowing guests to enjoy the magnificent views. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, oven, coffee machine.

Bedrooms: Main bedroom, queen size bed, dressing area, 2 wardrobes, leading onto the en-suite, with bath, shower over the bath, WC & basin. Bedroom 2, a very large bedroom with 2 full size single beds, fitted wardrobes.

The main bathroom has a large shower, WC and basin. Utility area, complete with washer/dryer.All bedding and towels etc are provided

Outdoors: This lodge is all about enjoying the outside, it has high quality seating, for outside dining, or just lounging. The lodge has a BBQ. (Please note we do not supply the charcoal and ask that you leave the BBQ clean). There is plenty of space to chill and enjoy the view and tranquility, and there is plenty of wildlife around and ducks often visit the decking. This lodge brings fishing to another level, whilst relaxing on the bottom tier, cast your rod for Carp, Roach and Rudd; a fisherman’s dream. At the end of the day watch the amazing sunset over the lake, something to behold. Dog friendly: This lodge is fully fenced off to keep your four legged friends safe.

Elora’s Dream

This spacious and elegant lodge has plenty of room and comfort for a group of 6 guests. It offers a large open plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge with plenty of seating for ultimate comfort.

Step out onto the decking with views over the large pond complete with it’s stunning fountain for a feeling of total relaxation, and perfect for BBQing and enjoy family and friends.

Elora’s Dream has a fully fitted kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, and fully equipped with all the amenities you need for that perfect getaway.

3 bedrooms: The main bedroom holds a queen size bed, TV, and dressing room, leading into a large en-suite complete with a walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, TV and wardrobe. Bedroom 3 holds 2 full size single beds and a wardrobe.

The main bathroom has a luxurious free standing bath for the perfect pamper session. All bedding and towels etc are provided.

Please note this is a no pet lodge. (Please note we do not supply the charcoal and ask that you leave the BBQ clean).

Caddy Lodge

Space galore, in this upside down house. The lounge and fully fitted kitchen are on the first floor, and the bedrooms are on the ground floor. Caddy lodge is stunning and close to the wonderful amenities of the Golf Course. There is ample parking for two cars.

The generous lounge area overlooks the complex and is comfortable and cosy, leading into a spacious kitchen\diner, complete with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and eye level oven. The Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need for that perfect get away.

Bedrooms: Caddy lodge has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 5 guests. The main bedroom holds a queen size bed, TV, dressing table, and wardrobe leading into the en-suite. French doors lead out onto the beautiful decking area. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a large walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 holds a full size single bed with a wardrobe.

The main bathroom is fitted with a bath, WC and basin, plus extra storage should you need it. All bedding and towels etc are provided.

Outdoors: Outside boasts a seating area on decking and grass. Please note the outdoor area is not gated off.

Waterside Retreat

A home from home; a spacious two bedroom lodge which is open plan with little extra touches. Waterside Retreat sleeps up to 6 guests, with two spacious bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.

It boasts a spacious lounge with French doors which open up onto the sun trap decking.The Dining room easily seats 6 guests comfortably with adequate space.

This lodge is ideal for couples or families thanks to the generous space! There is also parking for 2 cars.

The well appointed kitchen at Waterside Retreat is complete with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Bedrooms: The main bedroom has a double bed, TV, and a walk in wardrobe leading to the large en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 holds 2 full size single beds, a TV and a wardrobe.

The main bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, basin and WC. All bedding and towels etc are provided.

Outdoors: The decking area is a beautiful sun trap, completed with patio furniture and a BBQ which all overlooks the large pond complete with the decorative fountain. Dog Friendly. This decking is fully fenced in for your four legged friends to enjoy. (Please note we do not supply the charcoal and ask that you leave the BBQ clean)

Par Three

Wow, a golfers dream.

Par Three looks out onto the 5^th tee, so sit back and observe the golfers enjoying their game.

Par Three sleeps up to 4 guests, in its spacious accommodation. The open plan lounge and dining/ kitchen area open up onto the ample decking. You can relax on the lodge’s reclining sofas and watch the flat screen TV or admire the superb views across the award winning golf course.

Par Three is perfect for entertaining, with it’s fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and everything you need for a home from home feel or to host your guests.

Bedrooms: The main bedroom has a Double bed, tv, and wardrobe, leading into the generous en-suite with shower cubicle, wc, and basin. Bedroom 2 has 2 full size single beds, and a wardrobe.

Main bathroom is complete with a bath, WC and basin. All bedding and towels etc are provided.

Outdoors: The decking area is fully fenced in, making this lodge Dog friendly, with quality rattan furniture for your comfort, as well as a BBQ. (Please note we do not supply the charcoal and ask that you leave the BBQ clean).

Wentworth Lodge

This lodge sleeps up to 6 guests in its 2 bedrooms and sleeper sofa. Wentworth lodge overlooks a grassy area, surrounded by nature and greenery. This lodge is a nature lovers haven, with ducks & moorhens in abundance.

This quaint lodge has everything you need for a base, or to enjoy the many facilities that the Country Club has to offer. Or to enjoy time chilling on the sunny decking, with rattan patio furniture, and a BBQ.

The Lounge/dining area is fully fitted for 6 guests, and the Kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer.

Bedrooms: The main Bedroom consists of a double bed, a TV and a large wardrobe which leads into the en-suite, with a shower cubicle, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, a TV and a wardrobe.

The main bathroom has a bath with an over head shower, a basin and a WC. All bedding and towels etc are provided.

The decking is fully fenced in and this lodge is Dog friendly. (Please note we do not supply the charcoal and ask that you leave the BBQ clean).

Country Gem

The name says it all, this lodge is indeed a little ‘gem’ perfect for a couple to enjoy time away together in relaxing and well appointed surroundings.

Country Gem sleeps up to 4 guests with its two bedrooms and offers a relaxing atmosphere with an open plan lounge/diner and kitchen space.

Country Gem has everything you need, so just jump in the car and from the minute you arrive, enjoy the peace and quiet.

Bedrooms: The main bedroom has a double bed, a TV and large wardrobe, leading into the en-suite which is complete with a shower cubicle, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, a TV and a wardrobe.

The Main bathroom has a bath, with an overhead shower, WC and basin. All bedding and towels etc are provided.

Outdoors: Country Gem has a comfortable decking area with seating, and a BBQ. (Please note we do not supply the charcoal and ask that you leave the BBQ clean). And the decking is full fenced in, making it Dog friendly.
